Quality of the build is the issue. It should been able to handle the vibration but it did not. Since I did that warranty is probably voided. Fan is quiet. Would gave a five star if not for the problem. This is the first time this ever happen.
Can not avoid down time. I like the wires connection design. The problem I had was the fan guard or cover came loose and stop the fan from spinning when I transported it in my car. I just removed the broken fan guard and the power supply pretty much worked fine.
Reached behind the computer a touched the power supply and it was hot enough to blister my finger. I had this unit for about 6 months one day smelled somthing getting hot. I don't think I need any more of these.
Which they said they would reimbursed in full upon reciept of the defective item at there warehouse and determined to be defectived. They would not answer how long it would take for the refund.Needless to say I would not recommended purchasing Ultra products. *********** Please note that we require a major credit card issued in the US for warranty replacement. Once we have received that information you will receive an Ultra ticket number, at which time you can call us at 1.888.222.5487 to proceed with RMA replacement. The fan quit running and burned up the power supply. I purchased a ultra ULT-X2550P power supply 6 months ago for it design and warranty. Cables really shine with UV lights, and they are very manegeable too. Great power system. Power is redundant, another Y cable molex connector would be useful though.
